Project Location: Private Residence, Salt Lake City, UT

A work in progress, this home is designed to expand the living space on a small secluded lot near the Sugarhouse neighborhood of Salt Lake City. The clients requested a significant increase in livable area, while maintaining the intimate feel of their lot and their close-knit neighborhood. We worked to create a compact layout that provided the spaces they needed to live and kept the minimal street presence and usable backyard space that they had come to enjoy.
