An extensive remodel of a Chicago row house originally designed and built by a protege of Louis Sullivan. The home featured a number of unique details from the period of construction including custom molding, baseboards and railings that were preserved or replicated by a custom millwork team under the architects direction to ensure adherence to the old Chicago style. A new opening was cut in the masonry at the rear of the house to provide a sliding entrance to the rear patio.
